How to use
- 01.
Warm the body in a shower or bath. Skin should be soft and slightly damp. - 02.
Scoop a small amount and massage gently in circular motions, head to toe. - 03.
Pause for a quiet minute. Let the herbs settle, then rinse with warm water. - 04.
Use two to three times a week, as a small ritual rather than a routine.
