Self-care

Small daily rituals, not large occasional gestures. The bowl in the morning. The scrub before bed. The walk after.

Mindfulness

We pay attention. To the smell of the herbs. The temperature of the water. The few minutes we give ourselves before the day takes them back.

Natural wellness

Plants we recognise. Recipes we can name. A short list of ingredients chosen for what they have always been, not what they could be made to do.

Thai traditions

We work from a Thai understanding of wellness — one that is older than any of us, and gentler than most modern alternatives.

What's ahead

The Wellness House will grow — with skincare, meditation, education, retreats and a place to gather in person. Slowly. As it should.
